[mrtg] Apache 2.0 and MRTG

Question regarding routers2.cgi and Apache 2.0 -- 

What Apache modules are required to run the MRTG/RRDTool/routers2.cgi
combination, and are they all available for Apache 2.0? If so, where can I
get them?
