[mrtg] MRTG and Routers2.cgi

I am running MRTG and router2.cgi on a Windows 2000 machine. When I did
my initial config on a switch stack, it commented out those ports that
were not active. I have added machines to the network and now wish to
monitor these machines. I uncommented the appropriate interface in the
cfg file for the switch stack but the graph did not appear. I've tried
running an update batch file that is supposed to create the graphs and
that didn't work either. When I look in the working directory, there is
no rrd file for this interface. I do not want to start over from
scratch. Is there a way I can generate a rrd file for one interface
within a larger cfg file?
