[mrtg] SNMP-Trap

Hi together,
I asked this questions some days ago, but nobody replied to this question,

I have some network-units that support the mechanism SNMP-Trap. Is there a 
possibility to monitor a device over SNMP-Trap with MRTG?

Sorry for this (maybe) silly question. I'm a newbie on MRTG an on the 
SNMP-Stories.....
