[mrtg] 95th percentile graphing with RRD

I was wondering if there is a tweak or tool to add 95th percentile
graphing using mrtg w/ rrd and 14all.cgi for the graphing utility?

I've seen the 95.pl but it looks like it only works with mrtg.log files.
