[mrtg] Perl command line interpreter

I'm using MRTG / RRDTOOL / 14ALL on a windows XP workstation 

  

I've got the following problem 

  

this is my cfg file 

  

Directory[zsp_term1_cpu]: zsp_term1_cpu
Target[zsp_term1_cpu]:.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1&.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2:PUB
LIC at IPADRESS
Background[zsp_term1_cpu]: #EFF7FF
MaxBytes[zsp_term1_cpu]: 100
Title[zsp_term1_cpu]: CPU Belasting


I'm measuring CPU load to a RRD tool db file 

The Database gets generated succesfully and My 14ALL generates perfect
graphs

  

But i'd like the Yaxis to go from 0 to 100 so I tried to use the unscaled
option 

like this: 

Unscaled[zsp_term1_cpu]:DWMY 

  

Oke my Database is still updating 

but when I try to open my CGI file to generate my graphs It gives the
following windows error report 

"Perl command line interpreter error" 

  

This is what my eventlog sais: 

  

Faulting application perl.exe, version 5.8.6.811, faulting module rrds.dll,
version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000c8e0.

Any ideas 

How can I solve this
