You can try the following template...
http://mrtg.gvolk.com/template/host-temperature-c7xxx.template
...but I'm thinking that it doesn't work on the AS5xxx platform.
I've successfully used it on 7206's and 7513's but that's it.
I don't remember if I tried it on the 5300's.
