i originally had it working a few months ago.  i then reboot my pc and it stopped working.  i deleted a lot of the files it produced.  i reran the "perl cfgmaker public at 1.1.1.1 --global "Workdir: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg" --output mrtg.cfg
when i do this is scrolls a lot of activity about --coca: store in confcache.........
then i run "perl mrtg mrtg.cfg" and get that annoying error about "c:/mrtg-2.12.1/binrateup: not found"  ....but a few mrtg .png files get created in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg\ directory and that's it
