There are different cpu instances and OIDs based on the platform and
version of code.  I wrote a template that will figure out the correct
one and use it.  It's posted at
http://www.austinnetworkdesign.com/mrtg/cpu.template

You need to add a number of mibs to the LoadMibs: statement in order to
use my templates, since I use symbolic names rather than numeric OIDs.
Basically, grab all of the mibs from the snmpMIB_to_OID functions, in
order.

The template file also grabs the memory utilization, which has similar
difficulties.
