I'm just using MRTG.  I did downgrade to 12.11.1, and it works like a
charm now.

Are you JUST using MRTG, or MRTG+RRD and a viewer (like 14all or
Routers)? 

Some viewers have different default behaviour

I have the same problem.  Same version difference for me.

Anybody found a fix for this yet?

Is downgrading an ugly process?
