MRTG does integers. If you want real numbers, go to RRDTool.

Hello,

I have an external script that monitors power values from a network
connected power strip. For some reason, MRTG is rounding the numbers and
I do not want it to. How can I fix this? For example, right now the
script is outputting 16.7 but MRTG is graphing it as 17.

Here are my config lines. I am using MRTG 2.11.1.

Target[power1_1]: `/usr/local/bin/power.pl 192.168.0.61 amps`
Directory[power1_1]: power1
MaxBytes[power1_1]: 16
AbsMax[power1_1]: 20
Unscaled[power1_1]: dwmy
Options[power1_1]: noi, gauge, growright, nopercent, noinfo
Colours[power1_1]: Blue#0000FF,Blue#0000FF,RED#cc0000,RED#cc0000
Legend2[power1_1]: Power strip 1 amperage
LegendO[power1_1]: amps:
YLegend[power1_1]: Arms
ShortLegend[power1_1]:
Title[power1_1]: Power strip 1 amperage
PageTop[power1_1]: <H1>Power strip 1 amperage</H1>

Thanks for your help.
