You mean 'how many calls were terminated at a given POT'?

MRTG can graph it, but it would be much better using RRDTool.
This applies to monitoring the hit count only, if you want to
have a fair view of what's going on with the quality, let's say
checking against the MOS, then you'll need a proper MIB for the
equipment and watch those counters.
