[mrtg] MRTG Threshold

Hi All,
Although i've been using MRTG for some time i never tried to configure the threshold parameters. I've tried just now on my local machine to monitor my network card n alert if the bw crosses specific value. But I'vent received any alert and i am not sure where is the problem. Thx a million for your grt help..You can see my config doc here...
I've configured the .bat file to just send a msg to me. the contents are "net send "alert".
I checked the bat file n its working fine..
