[mrtg] Ask again for the Maxbytes of mrtg!

Dear all ,

 sorry for disturb you all !
 Im a student of China and studing  mrtg+rrdtool  to monitor my PC network tarffic.
But i don't know anything about them and snmp firstly , so i had some problems to finish it.
I had to disturb you for some questions and sorry again .

    The follow is my PCs configuration:
    OS : redhat8.0 
    snmp: ucd-snmp-4.2.6
    NIC : Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+
    IP :  10.10.30.234  and 10.10.30.235  , both them  are connected to internet by a router. 

    I installed mrtg2.10.15  at 30.234  and wanted to monitor the two PCs in 10.10.30.234.
Here are some questions :
    1 Do i need to modify /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf  in 234 or 235 ?
      I had seen from some FAQ  that i should add the two sentences in snmpd.conf, there are
         view mib2  included .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2 
         access notConfigGroup "" any noauth exact mib2 none none  
      Are they useful? 
    
    2  In 30.234 , i executed the snmpget as "snmpget -v2c -c public 10.10.30.235 ifSpeed.2"
       i get the result as "interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifSpeed.2 = Gauge32: 10000000".
       Its only 10Mb  and use cfgmake to create mrtg.cfg  ,the MaxBytes is 1250000 (10Mb)
       So the graph show the in and out is very small and both them are only 50KB average.
       I feel it is wrong but dont know the reason.
       I saw  some  webs as http://www.in.lhu.edu.tw/mrtg/140.131.2.30_2.html , they report the 
       Max Speed: 100.0 Mbits/s , how did they  reach it ?
    
    3 Could you give a copy of you mrtg.cfg ?   My cfg is as following 
       libAdd:/usr/local/lib/perl/
       Interval:5
       LogFormat:rrdtool
       Refresh:300
       Language:gb2312
       WorkDir:/var/www/html/mrtg/
       SnmpOptions:retries=>1

       PathAdd:/usr/local/bin/

        Is it OK  or not ?
