Do you have unkaszero?  Compare the first line of both the log and the
old files.
Those numbers look huge.  It doesn't seem lile all is right with the
values 
you're collecting.

Any time I've seen a completely straight flatline like that, it has
always 
been a configuration issue, with the way I'm polling, the options I 
have configured, or the way the device is responding.

What does an snmpget show from the command line?
