[mrtg] upgrade n move MRTG

Hi All

I have successfully running MRTG 2.9 without any problems on windows 2000
server
I need to move this installation on another windows2000 server and also
upgrade MRTG and have all my old data and graph available

appreciate if you can give me the steps and which files i need to copy to
the new server to preserve my old data
