[mrtg] Getting a config error

I generated a cfg file on a W2000 system using mrtg 2.12.1. The cfg file
seems fine. Tried to run it and got the following error for each interface
on the router:

Don't know what the Bad File Descriptor is.

Ran the same cfg file on two other windows machines and it ran fine.

Any suggestions / pointers etc would be greatly appreciated...
