Yes.  Use Excel.  There is a complete explanation of 
every column in the .log files on the mrtg.org 
website.

They are just plain old text files.

I was wondering if there any script / tool to extract
a report from MRTG logfiles.
 
I run MRTG 2.11.1 on Linux and I have 1200+ log file 
(rateup created) to analyse and create report.
