[mrtg] HTML headers: where do they come from?

As the subject states:
where do the "headers" come from in the HTML pages created by MRTG?
I specifically mean the lines after the system description, which are
some sort of:
"The statistics were last updated Friday, 4 March 2005 at 8:45, at which
time 'BLABLA' had been up for 20 days, 16:54:00."

This is because I don't see the "uptime" information printed on another
device I am monitoring.

Thank you in advance.
