This will work for 5min / 5sec CPU utilization for Cisco Catalyst 2900
switches (most, check any deviation of OID's from different Cisco IOS's-
YMMV)

If you have support access to Cisco use:
 http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Mibbrowser/unity.pl?tab=2

Substitute the proper OID (twice) for mem usage, also adjust target [target]
and other parameters (Legends and Page Tops, etc) for a mem usage template.
