[mrtg] Filter not Working

I am still getting HUNDREDS of interfaces that are admin down and non
operational.

This is on a Zhone MALC, which has 22 cards and 32-50 interfaces per card.
(32 - 1100 interfaces possible).

I really need to not have these interfaces in my cfg file.

 

Any clues?
