You can use the option 'Unknaszero'

Note that this option is used when calculating new data in the graphs. Straight lines that are already in your graph are not put to 0.

Thankx a lot got the point and it started collecting again.

But it has created a very embracing situation for me as it is showing
in the graph the continuous usage of the links throughout the down
time.

It is reasonable if it had shown zero utilization during that down time
period.

Can anybody help me?
