[mrtg] Neebie: 2 last questions

Ok, I just got MRTG up for the first time.  It wasn't too bad. 
Haven't had to resort to any lists or help so far.  But now I'm down
to 2 things I want to do and can't seem to totally understand the
docs or locate the options within the docs...although, I'm guessing I
must be reading them and not realizing that they apply to what I want
to do.

Very minor newbie questions...I apologize in advance.  The questions
are similar and refer the scale of x & y axis.

1.  I would like the x-axis limited to only 24 hours instead of the
36 hours.  And, I would like the hour labels expressed as 12:00 or
3:50 instead of , 10,12,14, etc (I don't have RRDTool -- is it
required?)

2.  I have optioned for bits per second but I would like values over
1024 Kb/sec expressed as Mb/sec.  So instead of 1640.0 K, I would
prefer 1.64.  I know how to change the label but how do I change the
scale.
