[mrtg] Keep getting errors

Hi I got this error message in my MRTG 

after 1 day it wasn't fatal for the process yet 

but after a day or 4 it stops 

  

I'm getting this error on random times 

no patterns involved

Anyone knows what to do about this 

  

These errors I got in windows eventview 

  

The timeout waiting for the performance data collection function "PerfProc"
in the "C:\WINDOWS\System32\perfproc.dll" Library to finish has expired.
