[mrtg] Problem with NT 4.0 -> Linux mrtg2

I just set-up a SNMP service on NT 4.0 (sp6) and I can't connect to it from
a linux based mrtg2 installation.

My NT service setup:
- Added a Trap 'public'
- Added a communitie called ' public'
- Added a trap destanation '' witch is the server where the mrtg2

My Mrtg2 config file:
Target[server.cpu4]: at 19
MaxBytes[server.cpu4]: 100
ShortLegend[server.cpu4]: %
YLegend[server.cpu4]: CPU Load /s
Legend1[server.cpu4]: Nu CPU percentage load
LegendI[server.cpu4]: Gebruikt
Unscaled[server.cpu4]: d
Suppress[server.cpu4]: ymw
PNGTitle[server.cpu4]: CPU LOAD lot.downfire.com (LOT)
Background[server.cpu4]: #FFFFFF

I get the error back from mrtg2:

Can Someone give me a light on this because it's now 3 hours later and I
only got response on the local machine with snmputil command line.
