[mrtg] Problem with NT 4.0 -> Linux mrtg2

Hello,
I just set-up a SNMP service on NT 4.0 (sp6) and I can't connect to it from
a linux based mrtg2 installation.

My NT service setup:
- Added a Trap 'public'
- Added a communitie called ' public'
- Added a trap destanation '192.168.0.1' witch is the server where the mrtg2
resides

My Mrtg2 config file:

I get the error back from mrtg2:

Can Someone give me a light on this because it's now 3 hours later and I
only got response on the local machine with snmputil command line.
