[mrtg] Threshold problems with rrdtool

Hi all,
 
I installed a new server with Debian Sarge, mrtg 2.12.2 and rrdtool 1.2.10.
The mrtg works fine but not the threshold checking:
 
xarxa at noc2:~/utils/mrtg/cfg$ mrtg mrtg.cfg
WARNING: can't do threshold checking for target

Running the mrtg in debug mode:

It seems that the mrtg update the rrdtool database with
1128418933:913273041:3596887415 but when fetch the database to do threshold
checking obtain the values NaN/NaN for the same timestamp.
How can i correct it?
 
Running the same mrtg.cfg without rrdtool, with the log format, the
threshold checking works fine.
