No, that still gives me the same results.

Again, let me explain my configuration/situation.

The serial ports are connected to various non-IP devices, such as switch 
consoles, serial printers, UPSes, serial terminals, and consoles of sun 
machines.

I'm looking for raw serial traffic, not protocol traffic. The As1-8 
interfaces *only* get their traffic counters updated when IP traffic 
flows through those interfaces. Since none of the traffic to those ports 
is IP, I get no usage statistics. Hence, the interfaces As1-As8 are 
useless for tracking this information.

I'm looking for an OID (if one even exists) which represents the raw 
byte counters for each of the individual tty lines, 1-8. The standard 
MIB for ifInOctets et al will not work for these interfaces.

I'll do some poking around. I'll dump the entire mib tree and see if I 
can manually parse it for the information needed.
