[mrtg] question about if-template

Hi Guys
I want to use cfgmaker to create a cfg file to monitor my extreme switch.
But I don't want use the default description on my webpage, I want to
specify the port description base on their port number. I create a template
file, but it change all ports information to same thing.

Some one can give me good sample about this condition?
