Mrtg can graph any data which can be produce from a script in a format
understood by mrtg. I.e.,

in
out
uptime
target

For e.g.,
/usr/local/bin/spamstat.pl
100
50
1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute
Spam as % of total e-mail

See http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/doc/mrtg-reference.en.html, "External
Monitoring Scripts"

Subject: [mrtg] Spam Graphing with MRTG?

Anyone knows how to setup MRTG to graph how much spam they are receiving
via their smtp gateway? I have a linux box running sendmail,
spamassassin, and spamass-milter. Just wondering if MRTG would graph the
stats. Thanks!
