If you are looking for an easy version to set up and get everything up
and running I would second the FC notion... if you want to learn linux
and/or dig into it a bit you can take an intermediate step and go for
something like Gentoo

Stay away from SUSE, SLES, SLED, every version of that garbage. I use
Fedora Core 5 and it works like a champ, no problems.

I was wondering if there was a recommended or easier to set up version
of Linux that I should install to get MRTG up and running.

Thanks in advance
