[mrtg] mrtg version 2.12.2 mit 3Com SuperStack 4 Switch 5500-SI 28-Port

hello
we did not get the description out of this 3com-router.

after noticing that ifAlias was not "walked", we added vendor-id 3com 
for the router in cfgmaker:

mrtg:/srv/www/htdocs/mrtg/config # diff /usr/bin/cfgmaker
