[mrtg] Upgrade/Moving

I am running the windows bundle with routers.cgi Version v2.14beta7, I
would like to upgrade to the latest rev on a new server while keep of my
existing settings along with copying over the historical data.  Is there
faq or anything posted that can guide me?
