[mrtg] 2.13.2 hanging/question

I've been running 2.10.15 on my hpux.  I compiled 2.13.2 and put it in a 
different directory today.  When running the new mrtg with no parameters, 
everything looked fine.  When asking the new mrtg to process a .cfg file, it 
just hangs.  I can see the .cfg_l lock file and the lock file just stays 
there... has anyone experienced something like this too?
