Hi,
as regards Matrix N7, OID for CPU utilization should be this:

1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1.3.[DFE#].1

where DFE# is the slot number of the DFE module being monitored.

For sake of completeness, this is a fragment of our configuration:
