[mrtg] rateup Issue

[gobind basmall]

installed MRTG on windows professional.Tried running the tool with the following command.
  "C:\mrtg-2.12.2\bin>perl mrtg pierce.cfg" but i get the following warning.Has any of you come across this,please help.
