[mrtg] Graph Web onlyy traffic on a Cisco 2811

We have 600 Cisco 2811 routers which we are monitoring, each on a 128/64 k Frame-Relay pvc.  Management would like to see, for each site the WEB only traffic on a graph.  Has anyone seen or heard of this being done with MRTG in this type of configuration?
