[mrtg] Windows Server 2003 Monitoring?

Hi!

1.
I want to monitor all my Windows servers with MRTG, the problem is that I
cant find the MIB:s for Windows Server 2003. Anyone know were I can find
them.
If you have example mrtg.cfg files for monitoring all the good things in
Windows servers I would be very happy :)

2.
I also want to monitor temp in my Cisco 2821, I cant find the MIB for this
box on Cisco website?? anyone here now were I cant find it, or if you know
the OID for this.
