routers.cgi respects the MRTG UnScaled[] directive.  You can also use

routers.cgi*Options[xxx]: unscaled

to have the same effect.  Network interfaces scale by default under
routers.cgi and this can be stopped either in the routers2.conf, or by
routers.cgi*Options[]:scaled or by routers.cgi*UnScaled[]:none
