[mrtg] Monitoring foundry load balancers

I have a script to pull out the number of active sessions for a particular
vServer on a Foundry load balancing switch via SNMP.

If anyone wants a copy, then you can obtain it from www.nagiosexchange.org
under 'plugins' (do a search for foundry).  This is a Nagios plugin that
also works with MRTG.

At the same place, you can also find check_esx which can also work in MRTG
mode to pull stats from a VMWare ESX server.
