Are you sure that is the correct OID for what you are wanting to poll?

Please verify that snmpget returns a counter and not an error.  If it errors
out you may want to try snmpwalk.

snmpget -v2c -c rambarod xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 1.3.6.1.4.1.3317.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c rambarod xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 1.3.6.1.4.1.3317.1
