Ok, how are you monitoring them? snmp on the servers? snmp on the
switch they plug into? snmp from the upstream router?

if you are monitoring the servers or the switch that they attach to,
it's pretty simple: use rrdtool as the backend, routers2.cgi as the
front end, and set up a stacked graph.
If you want to get fancier, then look into netflow and the flow-tools
toolset.
