So, you are saying that everything is working except for one of the
interfaces on the device, which shows nothing in the graph?

This would seem to indicate that MRTG is not able to collect data for this
interface, for some reason.  Try running MRTG interactively to see if it is
producing any error messages when it polls this device.

The recommended way of arranging your .cfg files (for routers.cgi) is to
have one file per device, which would contain all the items (targets) for
that device.
