Hi,
I'm using mrtg to create graphs for per-IP traffic logged by my firewall.
I notice a 771MB/min peak every night around 0 'o clock where I reset the
traffic counter in my firewall to 0.
I've logged the numbers mrtg got which where producing the peaks and found
no such high values.

I thought MRTG can handle things like counters starting counting again
with 0 since it would happen some time anyway?
The corresponding mrtg.cfg entry is:
Title[ipfw0]: Traffic for rl0 (ipfw) in and out
MaxBytes[ipfw0]: 1000000000
PageTop[ipfw0]:
Traffic for rl0 (ipfw) in and out

Target[ipfw0]: `/root/get_ipfw_count.sh 00100 00101`
LegendI[ipfw0]: in:
LegendO[ipfw0]: out:
WithPeak[ipfw0]: ymwd
Options[ipfw0]: perminute
global options are:
Options[_]: growright
RunAsDaemon: Yes
AddHead[_]:
XScale[_]: 1.5
YScale[_]: 2.0
XSize[_]: 600
YSize[_]: 150
Any ideas how I get that fixed?
