[mrtg] Re: CPU Load show with MRTG

Like I said, it's trivial on *nix as it has a real SNMP agent.  Whereas
windows, as usual, embraces, extends and exterminates ;-)  There appear to
be no usable links on this page.  They all point back to the same home page.
Drilling down appears to show that the cpu load is obtained via a vb script,
which doesn't help me much if I am running mrtg on a linux box.

Please prove me wrong and show me how to get cpu utilization using standard
SNMP OIDs.

CPU is available on Windows, you just need to where to look and also
depends on which version of windows you are using.....

I also have some mrtg config files for Windows2000 server if
interested....

It's trivial on most *nix systems.  You cannot find it on a windows
system, AFAIK.  If anyone knows how on windows, then please do tell.
