[mrtg] Windows Graphs/SNMP

I found a website that shows you can get MRTG to show you http
connections on an IIS server and I'm wondering how I can get that info
from SNMP from windows? I have done a little searching but have not
come up with very useful information. If anyone could help, i would be
very appreciative.
