Have you checked out Garth Williams' excellent snmp windows add-on 
utility, snmp-informant?  It will do exactly this and much more.

It's trivial on most *nix systems.  You cannot find it on a windows
system,
AFAIK.  If anyone knows how on windows, then please do tell.
