Please add the following options in your configuration file. For details you
can read the manual.

Options[_]: bits
kilo[_]: 1024

The traffic you are getting is in bytes. We calculate most of the traffic in
bits.

Following is an example of one of my configuration. If you can prepare your
configuration to this format it will be very much simple to understand and
easy to troubleshoot. If you notice I have define the name of the target
and a more specific definition.

###Interface 10101 >> Descr: 'GigabitEthernet1/0/1' | Name: 'Gi1/0/1' | Ip:
'' | Eth: '00-15-c6-35-f9-81' ###

Target[totalbandwidth]: 10101:public at 10.10.10.1:
Options[totalbandwidth]: bits,nopercent
MaxBytes[totalbandwidth]: 74880000
YTics[totalbandwidth]: 15
kilo[totalbandwidth]: 1024
XSize[totalbandwidth]: 600
YSize[totalbandwidth]: 250
Title[totalbandwidth]: Traffic on Interface Gi1/0/1
PageTop[totalbandwidth]: <H1>Traffic on Interface Gi1/0/1</H1>
 <TABLE>
   <TR><TD>Router:</TD>     <TD>Gateway</TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>Traffic on Interface Gi1/0/1</TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Interfaces:</TD> <TD>Gi1/0/1</TD></TR>
</TABLE>

Hope you will find this information very helpful. In regards to 95% I don't
have any idea.

Regards,
