[mrtg] MRTG draws wrong when the traffic arrive 100 ~110 Mbit...

I thought about just sending snmpget's without waits at various
versions, and then checking RFC1213-MIB::snmpInBadVersions.0, but the
Pix doesn't support the snmp counters at all, so that won't universally
detect.
