[mrtg] Regarding the five minutes peaks

The 5-minute graphs are already the peaks. You poll once every 5 minutes and
MRTG graphs what it sees. THAT is the peak for that 5-minute time-span. Only
when MRTG graphs longer average intervals does it average the 5-minute
readings, and then you can request peaks within that average cycle.
