[mrtg] Timestamp problems - lost data

There are already some old scripts floating around to do this
automatically.  I've used both of the ones below with similar results.

Perl script: http://www.pintori.it/rrd-merger
Python script: http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/pub/contrib/merge-rrd.py

These scripts both dump to xml, replace 0s with in the new rrd file with
values from the old rrd file then create a new rrd with the modified data.
