If you do a snmpwalk on the switch for ifInOctets and ifOutOctets then it
will work with MRTG out of the box.  If not then there may be some vendor
specific mibs that give you In & Out octets per port.

Also, unless you are using some sort of 64 bit counters on the 2 GigE
interfaces they will not graph properly over about 130Mb.  You can use
standard 32 bit counters if you increase the polling rate to something like
30 seconds.  Your best option will be to use some 64 bit counter however.
You can do a walk for the standard ifHCInOctets and ifHCOutOctets to see if
those are supported by your switches...some vendors have implimented these
v2 OIDs into thier v1 only products.
